Welcome to the Middleton Oaks Community Association!

Middleton Oaks is a well-established community located in Sanford, Florida since 1988. It is an older community, with 112 homes that most are surrounded with Live and Laurel Oak trees. The lots are more spacious than some of the newer neighborhood subdivisions.

We are located off Ronald Reagan Blvd (CR427) one mile west of the 417 Toll Road and two miles east of USHW17-92 in the unincorporated Seminole County. Less than 5 miles form the historical Downtown Sanford. Just west of us is the City of Lake Mary less than 3 miles away. The City of Longwood is only 5 miles away heading west on Ronald Reagan Blvd. These cities are very close to us providing plenty of shopping and restaurants keeping our neighborhood quiet with less traffic.

The Mission of the Middleton Oaks Community Association is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the property value and quality of life in our neighborhood through outstanding leadership, services, and stewardship of our resources.
